Kohala Lihikai has worked with our partners and students from Kohala Middle and High School to launch stewardship projects at Kaiholena, Pao'o, and Upolu. We've successfully revegetated large areas of land that were eroding into the ocean, re-established native plants, reduced wildfire risk, and learned more about the users of these lands and how we can all care for them so our grandchildren's grandchildren can learn in and about these incredible areas.
